Forge of Empires is a Free to play, Browser Based strategy MMO Game featuring Turn Based units combat and City progress through different centuries.

Forge of Empires lets you create your own city and accompany it from the beginning of the Stone Age onward throughout the centuries. Build structures typical of the epoch. Enlarge your sphere of influence through military campaigns and skillful dealings. In short this is, about, what you can do in this game that certainly does not shine in terms of originality. Don't get my rong Forge of Empires graphics look grate for a 2D(two dimension) game but the gameplay and the idea behind it feels old and dusty, some originality would not have been a bad thing.

The most interesting features is the research tree, that is vast, and stretches over a long period of time, about 5000 years, from Stone Age to Late Middle Age.

Combat in Forge of Empires is done by a Turn Based sistem (TBS) lacking the use of abilities.Characters from armies move turn by turn on a imaginary, hexagonal looking board that has tiles which represent different types of land and can, also offer different defensive bonuses which can help during battles.

All in all Forge of Empires is not a new or original game in concept but on the other hand it don't have any bad parts or things to complain about, so it's a good choice to spend pleasant relaxing time preferably during breaks between the long hours of working.
